Personalized Tours, Inc. professional staff strives to live up to its name, "Personalized".  With 87 years combined experience, our tour planners put together itineraries that will allow you to see as much as possible. You will not return feeling that you have missed anything....and yet you will travel at a relaxed pace.  The friendly reception personnel will provide information, answer any questions you may have, and assist you with the reservation process.  Once on board, the tour directors will see to it that the tour runs smoothly, and will surely deliver the FUN.  Last, but certainly not least, our safe, experienced drivers will be sure the coach is spotless and comfortable.

Gloria Jeske Gloria founded Personalized Tours in 1987 after working in the travel industry for several years. She chose the name "Personalized", realizing there was a need for an emphasis on customer service. Gloria has been recognized for her service in the group travel industry as a recipient of the Fireside Theatre's Flame of Friendship Award. Gloria keeps busy with all the book work that comes with running a successful company and even finds time on occasion to get out of the office and join a tour. Gloria looks forward to handing over the reins to her daughter Tracy in the near future. In her free time, Gloria enjoys trips to see family members located throughout the United States - once a traveler always a traveler!

Tracy Weber Tracy, Gloria's daughter, joined Personalized Tours in 1988 as a temporary stop after college. Soon after escorting a few tours, Tracy fell in love with the travel industry and has had her suitcase packed ever since! Tracy leads 80 percent of the tours (being a Leo, she has to be in charge) and enjoys knowing her passengers on a first name basis. When not rolling down the highway on a motorcoach, you can find Tracy answering phones, setting up tours, and taking care of group travel. In the coming months, Tracy will be completing the second part of the Certified Travel Industry Specialist training course. Tracy's main goal is to ensure that our tours are "Planned With You in Mind".

Joy Huenink Joy started her career in the travel industry 36 years ago at Security Travel in Sheboygan. After gaining knowledge and expertise in the world of air and cruise tours, she entered motorcoach travel in 1982. In her home town of Cedar Grove, Joy went to work for a local tour company and was responsible for the planning and execution of group travel. In 2002, Personalized Tours was fortunate enough to find Joy looking for a change and welcomed her to our staff. Joy's pleasant and friendly manner makes her a standout in customer service and a huge asset in our office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday! The rest of the week Joy keeps busy doing the books for her husband's construction company and chasing after her grandchildren.

Helen Shaw

Lindsay Vogt Lindsay joined the Personalized team in November of 2007. Since then, she has taken on more and more responsibility in the office, working as Tracy's assistant. Picking up more hours during the summer months, Lindsay is sometimes the voice you hear answering the phones as well. She has adapted very well and can handle anything Tracy sends her way. Lindsay plans to continue working for Personalized Tours and Coaches, Inc. while she completes her last year of high school.

Miccah Leiphart Miccah joined our staff in June of 2007 after completing her junior year at Ozaukee High School. Her ability to "conquer" the job has been a valuable addition to Personalized Tours along with her technical knowledge. She now stays busy continuing her education as a full-time student. When she gets a day off, Miccah still comes in to help update the website and edit literature before publishing. She remains our go-to gal for technical support.

Mystery Maintenance Staff Member

Ryan Bares Ryan, Tracy's oldest son, is the newest addition to our staff and the third generation at Personalized. Receiving his bachelor's of business administration in marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in December 2007, Ryan has brought about a whole new presence to an office filled with women. Ryan is responsible for implementing our website, survey cards, a fresh logo, and other aspects of business. Always smiling, he brings a youthful energy to our office. Look out, great things are in store!

Shirley Theis Shirley has been directing tours for Personalized since 2004 and came to us with three years of experience. She finds her motorcoach outings and working in the travel industry very satisfying. A semi-retired individual, Shirley looks forward to helping her travelers enjoy their adventures with Personalized Tours, Inc. And yes, Shirley tops Tracy when it comes to playing bingo on our casino runs!!

John Jeske John has been behind the wheel of a motorcoach for over 30 years. He has driven well over one million miles, providing passengers with the ultimate travel experience. His professionalism and knowledge make him a great asset for Personalized Coaches, Inc. John's safety record and meticulous cleaning of his coach is always noticed among our travelers.

Jim Weber Jim entered the motorcoach industry in 1984 just out of high school. Driving full time and keeping busy dispatching drivers, Jim’s first love has always been buses. In 2000, just one year after Personalized Coaches was founded, Jim came to work for the family business. When not behind the wheel of his coach, Jim is in the office keeping up with the paperwork and running the charter department. Sharing the safety award with John since 2000, both he & John work hard at providing the safest, most reliable transportation in the industry to their customers. Jim’s keen sense of humor and knack for remembering names and faces, make our travelers always feel they are part of the family.

Rich TeLindert Rich comes to Personalized Coaches, Inc. with many years experience behind the wheel. His friendly personality makes him a favorite with groups.
